Simply place the iHealth Start blood pressure monitor on your wrist and watch the automatic measurement process on the integrated display. Systolic and diastolic pressure values and the number of beats per minute are displayed on the easy-to-read display immediately after measurement and are automatically saved in the device's memory.
Up to 4 users can measure and monitor blood pressure on one device. Each user profile has a memory for 30 measurements with date. For an approximate assessment, you can compare it with the World Health Organization scale. Consult your doctor about your results.
The values obtained from measurements on the Start automatic blood pressure monitor are comparable to the values obtained from measurements with a mechanical tonometer and stethoscope performed by a trained person.
The blood pressure monitor also displays the average for the last 7 days from measurements taken in the morning and evening (recommended time for measurements).

Blood pressure naturally fluctuates throughout the day. The highest readings usually occur during the daytime and the lowest around midnight. Consult your doctor for readings taken at regular intervals.
