The module is built with an SPI interface, designed for Asus motherboards with a 14-1 pin TPM connector, and is powered by the Nuvoton NPCT750 chip. It is also certified with Common Criteria EAL4+, FIPS 140-2 security certificates, and meets the requirements of the CE and RoHS directives.
